Main Responsibilities and Authorities:
As per Doergob's business strategy, manage Regional business to accomplish its business performance objectives 
Manage daily operations and lead the Regional sales team to achieve target assigned by Doergob company 
Adherence to Doergob's operating policies in managing & monitoring the distributors within Region 
Assess and approve, where appropriate, channel expenses (A&P support) for the regions' distributors. After Regional Manager's approval, to be finally approved by General Manager 
Assess and approve, where appropriate, selling expenses for the regions' distributors.Recommend distributors' expense scope with close attention to and focus on cost control 
Plan, monitor, guide and advise distributors' work 
Prepare formal business reports on a regular basis and report frequently to the General; Manager 

Requirements:
Demonstrated understanding of the FMCG market in China 
8-10 years regional management experience 
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure 
Able to demonstrate and provide creative, solutions-oriented 
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a Business Team

新业务开发经理
Main Responsibilities and Authorities: 
Explore new business within and outside of the industry, evaluate the potential opportunity and risk and utilize resources from all parties to achieve the business goal       
Formulate brand/ category strategy for the new business, and develop and fulfill 3 – 5 years Category /Brand Vision, Strategy and Plan, including management of the Brand Architecture and Brand Portfolio        
Plan and execute IMI plans (quali / quanti) & concept test (writing& testing)  to support brand / category strategy     
Fully responsible for delivery of the NPD, both timing and quality (including margin, cost, etc.) 
Develop integrated brand marketing communication strategies including creative development, media strategy and implementation           
Cooperate with customer marketing department to develop trade strategy and consumer promotion plans and monitor the execution         
Major lead in communication with cross functional teams, global team and commercial markets to get both strategic and operational alignment         
Plan & execute category intelligence, including IMI, competitor analysis etc.           
Responsible for brand’s creative budget planning and spending  

Requirements: 
Minimum 5 years brand marketing experience, prefer background in FMCG industry 
New business development/NPD launch experience required 
University level with proficient English, both verbal and written 
Proven experience in project management experience with cross functional team 
Good sense in gaining Consumer Insights and Market/ Competitor developments 
High degree of self motivation and highly responsible 
Strong communication skills 
Strong logical and analytical mind 
Capabilities in application of Microsoft software, excel, PowerPoint
